Greige – warm grey – townhouse colour schemes

These Raceview townhouses were badly in need of painting and a new colour scheme!

Three greige schemes were created by a colour consultant and we created overlays to show how they could look on the property.

Greige is another name for “warm grey”, and covers a spectrum of hues that blend grey and beige. Greige is an extraordinary colour which changes a lot according to the lighting situation. Full sun will bring out its warmer beige tones, while in the shade, the light grey tones will appear more prominently.
