The owners of this townhouse complex had decided to paint – including the roofs. They decided which colour scheme they liked for the walls, but what about the roof? Because the property is in a hot, sunny climate, the roof paint needed to meet environmental guidelines which limited the colour palette available to them. That’s where we came in to help – to help them visualise two different yet appropriate options.

Colours to match Deep Ocean blue

The body corporate of this property needed to paint, and even had the option to change the colour of their roof. The catch? The gutters had to be Deep Ocean.

So our creative colour consultant created three colour schemes to match the dark blue Colorbond Deep Ocean hue.

Existing colour scheme

The first colour scheme to match Deep Ocean mixes the dark blue hue with greys.

This second colour scheme introduces mocha colours to match Deep Ocean.

The third colour scheme uses warmer greys to match Deep Ocean.
